Our Clinical Health Advisory/Monthly Newsletter is sent to all of our families. Our goal is to provide continued education both to our families and staff on the newest treatments and technology available to our clients.

We specialize in patients with mild cognitive impairments, Alzheimer's disease , and Dementia.

These disease's may cause the decline in memory, thinking and language skills and in the ability to read or write.

 PCA Health Choices Staff will provide daily orientation, memory reminders and awareness clues, to help patients with normal daily living.

Any changes in memory, behavior or personality are charted in a log book for family and the patient's physician to review.

Weekly visits from Staff Nurse, Pet Therapy weekly, Certified Activity Director on Staff.

Live In services available, 24 hour services or hourly personalized care to meet clients needs (4 Hour minimum is required).
